okay let me tell you a brief about me.
about what i am studying.

KAED stands for Kuliyyah of
Architecture and Environmental Design.

yes it is in IIUM GOMBAK.
KAED consist of 5 major .

- Architecture ( yknow )
- Landscape Architecture ( nature )
- Applied Art and Design ( interior )
- Urban Planning (town)
- Quantity Surveying (calculation)

and im majoring in Landscape.

well the thing about Landscape
Architecture aka LA, is that not many
know what are we actually do.

yes we planted trees but its not that all.
the unfair things about being a
Landscape Architect is that they
didnt recognized by people, well
mostly. but they are few of them
that are famous tho (overseas).

as the Architect gets the Ar.
Landscape arch got their LAr.

compared to others, LA is
quite a flexible. it can cover
from the lil detailing things like the
selection of soil, pavement and trees,
up to the larger scale to the landscape
town planning, covering the whole rivers,
ponds, eventho seas.

please know that LA are the one who
balancing the nature and the built
environment. if we didnt carefully
selected the plant materials that are
suitable for the site to maximize
the function of the trees to the
environment, the world's temperature
would rapidly increase and lead to many
serious issues such as climate change.

but we didnt fully stop them from
happening tho. ofc we cant, as long as
human keeps on using more that wht
they need and keep on littering at
the place that they should and didnt
save energy and water like the should,
the world will keep on dying.

LA just slow it down.

nature is a gift, construction isnt
stoppable due to demand, but we
at least can try and create a sustainable
and healthy environment for the next
generation aite ?

ah this already sounds like campaign,
ha but why not, we learn and share.
